WE ENJOYED OUR FIRST SHOW – SKOMOTA, LIMPOPO BOY
EZULWINI – South African (SA) entertainers Skomota and Limpopo Boy say they enjoyed the ‘Afterwork Chillout’ show, which was held at Mdzimba View Shisanyama on Friday.
Skomota, whose real name is Thabang Sefala, is referred to as the luckiest man alive in South Africa, he won over R3 million on Betway. This opportunity changed his life for the better.
Born Matome Robert Mahlatse Thoka known by his stage name Limpopo Boy, has re-written his name in entertainment circles from hust blending in as a back-up dancer to becoming a world-famous choreographer. He rose to fame in 2016 when he got the opportunity to appear in the stare theatre’s show your talent. The two entertainers shutdown Mdzimba View on Friday, where they showcased their dancing talent. This was their first show in the country and according to them, they had a good experience.

“We enjoyed the show and we also loved the experience. The crowd was showing us love and they loved our performance. People in Eswatini are supportive and they love having fun, we are hoping that we will comeback for another show,” they said. When asked about how they reacted after getting the booking from Mdzimba View Shisanyama, they shared that they were amazed. “We were actually amazed by the booking because this was our first time in Eswatini. We couldn’t wait to come to Eswatini just to showcase our talent and party with fans,” Limpopo Boy and Skomota said. The show was well attended since the venue was full to the brim from 10pm in the evening. Skomota and Limpopo Boy started performing towards 2am.
Their performance lasted for less than an hour and they exited the stage, leaving Zulu D on the decks. Other DJs who graced the stage include The Prefect, President, DJ Baba and The Bishops, to name a few.
