NOKWANE – Visiting Malawi prophet, Prophet Austin Liabunya, says God is doing whatever He is doing to make sure Swaziland is open to revival in fullness.

He said even in His Majesty the King, there is already a seed of revival God has put in him. Prophet Austin declared that Cabinet ministers and members of Parliament, very soon, are going to be born again and speaking in tongues.

“Even the King himself, God is drawing him to revival,” said Prophet Austin. In delivering his special message to the Kingdom, he said Swaziland was indeed a good nation.
The prophet said all prophecies he has ever delivered, about his home country-Malawi- and other countries have come to pass.
“They are still coming to pass and still to pass,” he said, “just as long as the message is coming from God.”

Fighting

The prophet is known for making a prophecy that President of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe, will go and rest soon and that the person he is fighting within his party, will soon take over.

Prophet Austin also made a prophecy that Zambia would have a youthful president.
He was reluctant to give a prophecy about Swaziland during the interview but later during his first service, he said he would give a prophecy about the country in his service this evening.

The man of God was speaking in an interview yesterday at the Summerfield Botanical Gardens where he is booked for his ongoing revivals. He is in the country hosted by Pastor Matthews Chimwendo of Bible Life Church.

The services started yesterday evening at the George Hotel in Manzini, his second service today, also at The George Hotel, starts at 5pm. His last service will be held tomorrow at the Bible Life Church next to the Women and Children Hospital.

Prophecies

Prophet Austin is known for his prophecies, especially about the future of his home country-Malawi- one being leader of the opposition in Parliament and President of the Malawi Congress Party  Lazarus Chakwera  becoming the 6th President in 2019, making President Peter Mutharika a one-term president.

He said God’s prophets, according to the Bible, are given to all countries and, therefore, his own country cannot be only Malawi.
“Therefore, Swaziland is my home country, so is South Africa and Malawi,” he said.

Confirmations

“My calling was through a dream which was then followed by confirmations from other men of God. That was about six years ago,” he recalled.
The man of God told of how he was raised in a religious family and has always been somebody growing in the Word of God.

“It is just that maybe it is more different now because at the time my family only knew the Word of God as part of the religion, not as part of Christianity. Therefore, I can say I grew up in a religious family, not exactly a Christian family,” he said.

Prophet Austin said he started his own ministry in the year 2012 and so far the greatest of all challenges he has ever been faced with in God’s work is with people standing in the way of the Gospel.

“The only challenge I have faced so far is when countries- people of the world-try to block the Gospel by refusing the message that we have brought them,” he said. He said people, in their determination to block the Gospel, use criticism as a weapon.
“One cannot be a prophet except when carrying a message from God. Therefore, the biggest way of criticism is blocking the message we are carrying because that is what we are known for.”

Criticism

He said anyone was at liberty to choose what he wants.  “If they do not want to accept the message, people result in criticism.
By criticising they are trying to put negative attitudes on other people not to accept the message. That is the greatest challenge so far.

“But we thank God because the Holy Spirit is dealing with that. No matter how a country or people can criticise the Gospel you find that in the process they are advertising it.”

Prophet Austin also had a message for media houses in that soon they will be run by God fearing editors and journalists.
