Major truck, plant, property auction for Matsapha

Business owners, contractors, transport operators and investors are expected to flock Matsapha for a major public auction featuring heavy machinery, trucks, industrial equipment and an immovable property.

The auction, organised by Eswatini Auctioneers, is scheduled to take place on Wednesday May 27, 2026, at 11am at the former Unison Concrete premises in Matsapha, next to Esibayeni Lodge.

The event will feature a wide range of trucks and plant equipment, offering buyers a rare opportunity to acquire valuable industrial assets at competitive prices.

Among the highlighted items going under the hammer are a 2018 Mercedes Benz 2628 Mixer Truck, a 2016 JCB 4CX TLB 4x4 and a 2008 Fuso FV26-310 Mixer Truck, all listed as runners. A Mercedes- Benz 2626 Mixer Truck, listed as a non-runner, will also form part of the auction.

In addition to the machinery and vehicles, an immovable property identified as Portion 100 of Farm No. 75 in the Hhohho region, opposite the Mbabane Quarry, will also be auctioned. The vacant plot measures approximately 1.1738 hectares and is expected to attract interest from property investors and developers.

Minor office furniture and other miscellaneous items will also be available during the sale.

Viewing of the assets will take place on May 20, 21, 22, 25 and 26 2026 from 9am to 3pm daily at the auction venue.

Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable registration fee of E10 000, while a 5 per cent buyer’s premium will apply to all successful purchases.
