MBABANE - Nompumelelo Zwane, better known as Liyana Ndiweni, has been getting back-to-back airplay on Channel O with her new single, ‘Khanyisa Dlozi’.

‘Khanyisa Dlozi’ is a moving song that delves into themes of heritage, guidance and resilience. The music video offers a visually captivating portrayal of the song’s message, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. According to Ndiweni, the song is a reflection of her journey.

“The song ‘Khanyisa Dlozi’ reflects my own journey and a message of hope and inspiration for others. I hope it resonates with listeners and viewers alike,” she said.

The song was played more than three times last week on Channel O and it also made it back on Monday morning on the same channel.

The song ‘Khanyisa Dlozi’ speaks to the wisdom and guidance that ancestors provide. It is a heartfelt reflection on the importance of honouring our heritage and seeking counsel from those who came before us.

The lyrics encourage listeners to connect with their roots and recognise the ongoing influence of their ancestors in everyday life.
