VIVA Stumbo XI vs Mankayane United at Bhunya Stadium 3pm

MBABANE – New season, new sponsor and a fresh rivalry to kick off the campaign!

The National First Division returns with renewed energy and a major financial boost, now backed by a E4.5 million sponsorship deal spread over three seasons. And all eyes this afternoon will be at Bhunya Stadium, which hosts its first top-tier match in over a decade - a nostalgic return for a venue once home to giants Mhlambanyatsi Rovers and Bhunya Black Aces.

Rising side VIVA Stumbo XI will mark their National First Division debut in style, hosting neighbours Mankayane United in a much-anticipated single header.

Stumbo, guided by Coach Rodney Charles, are no strangers to success. They stormed through the Manzini Super League, earning promotion after losing only two matches.

Their squad blends youthful energy with elite experience, boasting former Premier League stars such as Ntsika Khumalo, Mpendulo Dlamini (ex-Manzini Sea Birds), Mangaliso Nkambule (formerly Sisonkhe) and Mlondi ‘Talos’ Mkhonta (ex-Ezulwini United).
