The International Convention Centre (ICC) is finally open for public viewing from Sunday April 26 to Tuesday April 30.
The Minister for Tourism and Environmental Affairs, Jane Simelane, invited families and all emaSwati who want to tour the facility to do so during the days designated for the visits.
This will be after His Majesty King Mswati III officially opens the facility on Saturday April 25, where only invited guests will be allowed in.
“We want all emaSwati to familiarise themselves with the structure well before we finally open it up for full business. They must come from April 26, after the official opening,” she said. The minister said viewing will be open from 10am to 4pm and tour guides will be arranged.
The ICC is Eswatini’s iconic conference centre with international standard. It is designed to host global conferences, trade shows, exhibitions and meetings, featuring flexible spaces, advanced audiovisual technology and catering services.
It will be managed by Palazzo Ezulwini Hotel and Convention Centre a UAE based company which is set to transform the tourism and hospitality landscape of Eswatini, drawing global attention to the Kingdom as a premier destination for both leisure and business travel.
