MBABANE – The Eswatini Country Music Association has revealed its upcoming activities, set to resume before the end of this month.

The first project to be launched is the release of Alfred Gama’s first-ever live recording. This was announced by the association’s Public Relations Officer (PRO), Gift Magagula. “He has never recorded before and the upcoming single will be titled ‘The fire I’m walking through’,” Magagula explained. Following this, preparations are underway for a show called the ‘Go Friends Show’, which will be the second edition of the event.

Magagula also shared details about the people behind the ‘Go Friends Show’ and reflected on some of the highlights from the previous year. “The show will be in October, but we have not yet finalised which venue will be used.

“Last year, it was hosted at the Eswatini Theatre Club and we received massive attendance. We have four young upcoming artists whom we are supporting; they will form a group called ‘Amigos’. They will be the ones performing at the ‘Go Friends Show’,” he said.
