God moves as Gate of Heaven service packed… launches 24/7 prayer line
God moves as Gate of Heaven service packed… launches 24/7 prayer line
Friday, August 15, 2025 by Vumile Mavimbela

THIS past Tuesday, Gate of Heaven Christian Assem¬bly (GHCA) held a pow¬erful and spirit-filled service at Nhlangano Central Hall, follow¬ing a divine instruction received by the church’s leader, Senior Seer Prophet Joshua Angel.

“God said to me on August 12, ‘Let my people be gathered to¬gether,’” Prophet Joshua shared. “We usually have lunch hour services on Tuesdays during the lunch hour, but this time we moved it to 6pm so that even those who work could attend.” The decision proved fruitful according to the prophet as at about 5pm, the hall; which seats over 1 000 people was already filled to capacity. “We were surprised by the turnout,” the prophet said. “It was full before we even began. We are very blessed and grateful. It’s proof that God is working.”

The senior seer said God instructed him to personally pray for His people. “God said to me: ‘Pray for my people’ and I laid hands on everyone who was there,” he said. There was a deep sense of healing, deliverance and encouragement as the prophet ministered to individuals, sharing what God had sent him to share with bazalwane.

One of the key highlights of the night was the launch of GHCA’s 24/7 prayer lines. “I’m happy to share that during this same service, we launched our prayer lines. Now, bazalwane can call at any time, day or night, for prayers,” said the prophet. This is meant to give people ongoing spiritual support, even outside of normal service times. The service’s scripture reading came from Exodus 1:8–22 and the message focused on the theme: “What’s meant for you will arrive ahead of schedule.”

Prophet Joshua preached about the struggles of the Israelites after the death of Joseph. A new king came into power and brought in harsh laws, even ordering that all baby boys born to Hebrew women be killed. “But the king’s plan failed,” said the prophet. “Instead of dying off, the Israelites multiplied. Why? Because the Hebrew women were strong and wise. They gave birth without needing help. God’s favour was with them.” He encouraged the congregation to trust in God’s plan, even when life feels unfair or uncertain. “Sometimes things will happen for you even when it’s not your time. When God says yes, no man can say no,” the prophet added.

Prophet Joshua Angel also shared that, Gate of Heaven Christian Assembly was also preparing to start couples’ services, which was aimed at helping those facing challenges in their marriages. “We know many are struggling silently. These services will offer support and prayer for couples who need it,” Prophet Joshua said.
