The auction, a result of a legal matter between Plaza Properties (PTY) LTD and Supplynet Investments (PTY) LTD T/A Tucasa, presents a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs, restaurateurs and individuals to acquire a wide array of business and household assets at potentially attractive prices.

This notice of sale details a comprehensive list of items to be sold by public auction by the Deputy Sheriff for the District of Hhohho. The venue for this auction is none other than Tucasa Cafe at Corporate Place.

Diverse

The inventory up for grabs is extensive and caters to a diverse audience.

For those looking to set up or expand a restaurant, the list is a veritable treasure trove. Items include essential kitchen and service equipment such as a cash register, restaurant counters, various sized restaurant tables, a commercial bar fridge, plate stoves and grill stoves. The auction also features high-end appliances like a defy deep freezer, a Russell Hobbs microwave and various coffee makers, including a black coffee maker and a coffee maker.

Beyond the kitchen, the auction includes a range of furniture and decor. Bidders can find bar stools, wine displays, white and green restaurant chairs and even cream white executive sofas.

The lot also features entertainment items like two Ecco Plasma TVs and a Skyworth android plasma TV, along with a star speaker.

For those interested in general merchandise, the auction also includes less common items such as a wall watch, potato chips maker, ice maker, a 40kg gas cylinder and even a ‘variety of drinks.’

The inclusion of ‘many more’ in the High Court notice list hints at a larger, more varied selection of goods available on the day of the auction, promising an element of surprise for attendees.

Potential buyers should note that all items will be sold in ‘as-is’ condition and it’s advisable to attend the viewing (if available) to inspect the goods.

Payment

The auction will operate on a Cash Register basis, with full payment expected on the day of the sale.

This auction represents a prime opportunity to acquire valuable assets, whether for personal use or for a business venture.

The event is a reminder of the dynamic nature of the business landscape in Eswatini and the avenues available for asset acquisition.
