‘SIKHALI’ OUT OF Y’ ELLO WEEKEND ACTION

MBABANE – Green Mamba have been dealt a blow in the MTN Premier League first round E100 000 incentive chase.

This is after their talisman Sabelo ‘Sikhali’ Ndzinisa has been ruled out of today’s clash against Moneni Pirates. The game will be played at Mayaluka Stadium and kick-off time is 1pm. This is according to a correspondence copied to this publication by the Premier League of Eswatini (PLE).

It reads; “The record filed at the PLE Office the above-mentioned player has accumulated three (3) yellow cards. In terms of Article 9.2(1.1) of the 2022/23 MTN Premier League Rules and Regulations the player is therefore, automatically, suspended from participating in the next (1) one match to be played by his team.”

Wanderers

Sikhali is not the only player to have been nabbed by the yellow card rule as Manzini Wanderers will be without the services of their assistant captain Neliswa ‘Tiger’ Dlamini. The Weslians play Nsingizini Hotspurs at Mavuso Sports Centre. Kick-off time is 1pm. Mbabane Swallows’ Sifiso ‘Mr. Cool’ Mabila, as reported by this publication early this past week, that the will also be out of the Mbabane derby slated for this afternoon at Mavuso Sports Centre. Kick-off time is 3:30pm.
