WEDDING BELLS RINGING FOR PM

MBABANE – The Prime Minister, Sibusiso Barnabas Dlamini, clearly believes in love and the institution of marriage.

This is because the head of Government (75) is once again ready to walk down the aisle as he is expected to get married as early as next month, on November 4, 2017.

The blushing bride is reportedly Gugu Primrose Simelane, a Deputy Head teacher at Siweni Nazarene Primary School, who is estimated to be in her 50s.
News of the PM’s upcoming nuptials spread like wild fire yesterday on social media sites such as Facebook and WhatsApp.
Dlamini has confirmed that he will once again take the big step.

The news of Dlamini’s third marriage could come as a shock to some, but he has over the past few months hinted that there could be a special lady in his life.
In August 2017, during the prize presentation of the MTN SWAMA Awards, the PM hinted that he was sorry that he had missed the main event as he had been sent to buy a dress for his partner in Dubai and they would have worn matching outfits on the day.
He said unfortunately, he could not attend the awards as he was sent on royal duties.

The PM, who has of late sported a clean haircut and new framed glasses, had earlier hinted that shaving his beard could symbolise that he had found a new bride.
Dlamini’s marriage comes hardly a year and a half after he divorced Joy Maziya, the former National Library Services Director, who was allegedly abusive and violent towards him.

As if to prove that he was indeed a joyful man again, the PM was quick to issue a government press statement No.11 2017, where it was announced that marriage banns had been published in terms of Section 9 and 10 of the Marriage Act Number 47 of 1964.
In the statement, he highlighted that his soon-to-be wife, Miss Gugu Primose Simelane of the Shiselweni Region, was single and a member of the Evangelical Church.

“She is a teacher by profession and has taught all her working life at the Church of the Nazarene Schools.  She is currently a deputy head teacher of a Nazarene Primary School,” reads the press statement from the PM’s Office in part.
The PM further said she had academic degrees from the University of Swaziland (UNISWA) and the University of South Africa (UNISA).
According to the banns, the couple is expected to get married at the Evangelical Church in Matsapha.
The banns state that any person having knowledge of legal impediments or objections annex to either party should direct submission to the regions mentioned before the marriage took place.
The Sundays of proclamation will be Sunday October 15, 2017, October 22, 2017 and October 29, 2017.
The Marriage Officer is Reverend Dr Nicholus Nyawo.
Dlamini, who turned 75 in May 15, 2017, once hinted during his birthday interview that a couple he admired was Reverend Nyawo and his wife, of the Evangelical Church.
The PM is also on record boldly stating that he had not given up on Swazi women, something which he said in jest when staff members from his office threw him a surprise party earlier this year.
He had most of them in stitches when he related how some people had thought he travelled to the Republic of China on Taiwan ‘to look for a new wife’.
The story started off when the PM thanked the team for the surprise birthday party and the kind gesture, where he then gave them a glimpse of his ‘love life’ by expressing how he had learnt that many Swazis were concerned about his stance on being in another relationship.
He said that was evident when he impromptu left the country for medical attention at a Taipei hospital in the Republic of China on Taiwan, a couple of days before his birthday.
Dlamini said the majority who were not aware of his whereabouts after Their Majesties had issued a directive that he be taken to the best hospital when he fell sick, were of the view that he had either taken a female companion to celebrate his birthday outside the country or he had gone there to look for a new wife.
In a follow up interview, Dlamini clarified that the mood was quite light- hearted and felt the need to share with his staff the story of the various speculation regarding his recent trip to Taiwan.
