MBABANE- The MTN Premier League games are most likely to be affected by the COSAFA tournament to be held in Zimbabwe next month.

The national team Sihlangu will be away for atleast three weeks where they would be participating in the tournament.
The COSAFA Senior challenge will kick off on October 17 until November 1 in Bulawayo and Harare.
Football Association (FA) Chief Executive Officer Frederick Mngomezulu said they would meet the Premier League of Swaziland (PLS to discuss the matter.

“I will be meeting with the PLS CEO to discuss on how best we could avoid a football drought in Premier games since Sihlangu would be busy for a month or so,” he said.
Mngometulu said as means of preparing the squad for the COSAFA, they had since revived the weekly training between Monday and Tuesday,” he said.

Sihlangu head coach Ephraim ‘Shakes’ Mashaba said the decision to only train on Monday and Tuesday was in respect of the domestic games which he said should continue as per the PLS calendar.
