Geology owes me a million apologies

My name is Justice Ntobeko Mamba of Mpolonjeni under Lubombo region. My ID Number is 8406226100320. A young Swazi male poor but trying means to rise and be one of the best businessmen of this country.

I am sick of the slogan ‘kubindvwa kubonwa.’To hell with that slogan because it does not work any good for a person who wants to fulfil his dreams of changing his life for a good purpose of which that dream is being started by the corrupt system of governance which says if you are poor, be poorer.

In 2007 I was 23 years old. I paid the water department their deposit which was E5 000 now it is 2010. I told them that I wanted to do commercial farming with the water and they promised that in three months time they were coming for my borehole. I started to organise myself so that after that three months I was going to start my farming with a loan from SwaziBank as well as FNB.

I then employed a private company to survey underground water for my project so that I make sure I get sufficient water for the project but three months passed without my borehole being drilled. I have spent the entire three years travelling from Siteki to Mbabane and Mbabane to Siteki but to no vain.

I won’t talk about the phone bills and airtime and so-forth trying to make them drill my hole but because I am poor as they assume they drag their feet to let my dream down for no apparent reason. Gone are the days where people respected their jobs. To be honest this department needs a reshuffle or needs to be overhauled from the ministry to the civil servants because they do absolutely nothing for this country.

My question is, why when the so-called well known people asked for a drilling machine from the water department it takes them less than seven days to respond yet those are people who were not meant to benefit from this programme. I would have made hundreds of thousands today kodvwa ke KaNgwane kuKaNgwane. Aphi phela emandla ami? Ase revenue adliwa ngemapoliticians and alungisa ema by pass roads.

You guys there at Geology water department, I am watching. Do you know that I have worked hard for that money. Do you know you are wasting my time and are you aware that time is money and time waits for no man I want my borehole drilled before you take a break for the festive. I have done enough of tolerance.
