MBABANE – It is once again time for physical posture enthusiasts to get ready
for the annual Barbosa Classic.
The third edition of the bodybuilding show will be staged on Saturday June 2,
2018 at Mbabane Club. Open to both men and women, bodybuilders will stand
shoulder to shoulder, bear footed to impress a panel of judges.
“I’m happy to announce the third edition. I say, this will definitely be as
good if not better than 2016 and 2017 as we are the team that strive for the
best. The driving will is to take the sport to the next level with passion
levelling the ‘vision of the transformer’ as we continue standing still
towards vision 2022 of having a strong and healthy nation,” said Arnaldo
Barbosa, the brainchild of the event.
Barbosa is an award winning Bodybuilder who has travelled across the globe and
participated on the biggest stage of all, the World Bodybuilding Championships
staged in Italy back in 2014.
“A candle loses nothing by lighting another. We are on the game, others they
came along to join and we are enjoying it so now it’s you and them hence we
are longing for your support so that we can take the sport to the next level.”
“We are in the battle which together we can overcome and the will is to make
each and every one that will be on the stage to overcome and reach out to their
dreams,” he added.
Barbosa shared to fellow bodybuilders out there that whatever one does in his or
her life, no matter how big or small the task is, “Do it to the best of your
ability. With precision comes success. It can take you several months and even
years to figure out what works best for you but never give up before your dream
comes true.”
