SWAZIROOTS ENTERTAINMENT TO HOST AN ONLINE SHOW

MBABANE – Dust those dancing shoes.

Swaziroots Entertainment, in partnership with Mama’s restaurant bar and lounge will be hosting a series of online parties every Saturday. This was confirmed by Mncedisi Zwane from Swaziroots Entertainment in an interview with the publication. The event dubbed ‘COVID-19 Swaziroots Rockers House Party’ will be streamed at 2pm to 3pm every Saturday.  “The COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to think outside the box and be creative. We also decided to take advantage of the current situation and actually entertain people every weekend,” he said. The party will be streamed on their page called ‘Swaziroots & Mama’s lounge’. This platform will feature local artists, who would also like to showcase their talent,” he said. He went on to invite local artists that want to be part of the show.

“We would also like to invite other interested local artists to be part of our show. If we can work together as musicians, the entertainment sector will be kept alive during the pandemic.  Interested candidates can call us on 76 872 381 and on 76 254 327,” he added. It is worth noting that they are not the first stable to host online parties. “Our main purpose is to keep people entertained as we hope things will get back to normal soon,” said Zwane.
