MANZINI – An energised Sisonkhe have outclassed Sea Birds by 3-0 to win the Manzini Build It Under-13 tournament.

Goals by Player of the Tournament, Nathi Mamba, Sifiso Tsela and Lungelo Nhleko helped the Fairview North outfit stun the Mbongeni ‘Mashibobo’ Simelane-led side in the clash played at Trade Fair Ground yesterday.
It proved to be a bad day in office for Premier League teams’ juniors as Manzini Wanderers were sent packing in the last eight by Gunners who beat them 1-0.

“We’re happy to qualify for the national championships despite losing the final. We’ll have enough time for preparations as the school holidays have started,” said Simelane.
The champions led by 20-year old Sibusiso Dlamini walked away with a brand new Build It soccer jersey, bags, and artistic trophies. The winners also got a gigantic trophy. The runners-up also got almost the same prizes, except for the soccer kit and trophy.

Both finalists qualified for the national championships set for Somhlolo National Stadium on November 8.  All the participating teams got a soccer ball apiece.

The games are played across the various Build It outlets in the country. Other places already visited are Matata, Lonhlupheko, Siteki and Buhleni.
