MBABANE – Manzini Wanderers have demonstrated their ambitions in the transfer market by snatching former Malanti Chiefs winger, Sihle Ndaba.

The player, according to a highly placed source, signed on the dotted line on Wednesday evening a one-year contract that runs from July 1 through to May 31, 2015.
The player is expected to be unveiled anytime this month by the club when they resume training for the new season. “The player belongs to the team now after agreeing terms with management,” the source said.

The player is currently at home in Durban and will only return for preseason training next week.
The club’s PRO Mduduzi Ginindza could only confirm the player’s signing, but said details about his contract were with the Managing Director Mduduzi ‘Tsotsi’ Mabila.

“It is true that Sihle has signed for the club, but the MD will issue all the details in due course. There are a number signings that the club intends to make in a bid to strengthen our squad,” Ginindza said.

Mabila could only confirm that the club was on a recruitment spree and that there were some big name players that they will be signing.
“We will unveil our new signings before we resume for the new season. I can only invite you to come for our unveiling and if that particular player is there you will see him first hand,” Mabila said.

The player could not be reached for comment as he was reported to be out of the country.
Malanti Chiefs owner and Director Dumisani Gumede was not available for comment as his cellphone was on voicemail mode.

The player has been in scintillating form for the gold and black ensemble in the past two seasons. He was instrumental in their attaining double runners-up in the SwaziBank Cup and MTN League in 2012/13 season to Mbabane Swallows. He has been the most exciting left winger in the league, scoring and creating goals.

Ndaba joined the gold and black ensemble from the defunct Nathi Lions. He formed a formidable combination with his countrymen Tebogo Motale and Vusi Madinane.
At Wanderers, Ndaba is joining an attacking team led by Sidumo Shongwe, Sifiso Matse, Sandile ‘Theo’ Motsa and Tawanda Chikuku.
