MBABANE – Manzini Sundowns head coach Milton Dlamini has been impressed by on trials Manzini Wanderers left back Mciniseli Dlamini.

The player who spent the past season on loan to relegated Red Lions is currently training with the ‘Kappa Boys’.

The player was being assessed alongside Malanti Chiefs midfielder Wonder ‘Samba Jive’ Nhleko and both are set to sign for the hub side.
Dlamini said he would love to have both players signed for him by management if all goes well during the negotiations.

The coach said both players played well during their two friendly games over the weekend against RSSC and Mbabane Swallows at Mhlume. Sundowns won 3 – 0 against RSSC and lost to Swallows by a solitary goal.
“Wonder is an obviously experienced and good player who has been active with the national team.  Another player who has been training with us is Mciniseli who also did extremely well. He is a young boy with a bright future and good mentorship,” he said.

Dlamini said as much as they would love to sign the players, this will depend on the negotiations with their teams over their clearance.
Wanderers PRO Lington Gule said he was not aware that the player was training with Sundowns. Gule said the left footed player was one of those whom they intend to retain for the season.

“We are not going to discuss our matters with the players in the media but what I can say is that Mciniseli is a Wanderers player. And he is in our technical bench plans for the season,” Gule said.
