Wanderers to pay E40 000 for Siyabonga

MBABANE – Manzini Wanderers will have to pay E40 000 to secure the services of Umbelebele Jomo Cosmos midfielder Siyabonga ‘Siya’ Nkambule.

The player has been training with the maroon and white outfit since preseason training began in early July. A source close to the matter said Umbelebele were ready to issue the clearance, but only if the Manzini giants pay the E40 000 fee.
The source said both teams have started negotiations for the player.

Umbelebele PRO Mfanasibili ‘Bibi’ Mazibuko said they will not stand in the player’s way. He said they were ready to release the player only if Wanderers meet their demands.

Manzini Wanderers PRO Lington Gule said they were yet to meet the Mbabane based side over the player.

Wanderers boosted their squad ahead of the replay match against Royal Leopard by signing former Moneni Pirates defender Ricky Sibiya, Sandile Nkomishi’ Ginindza and Mcolisi ‘Mcombotsi’ Dludla.
 The match will be played today at Somhlolo National Stadium, starting at 7pm.
