USA DISTILLERS’ CLOSE TO E50K BOOST FOR JUNIORS FC

MBABANE – “God bless USA Distillers.”

These were the words of Lubombo Southern Zone First Division side, Mahlabaneni Juniors FC Manager Tenson Magagula after receiving an early Christmas present in the form of an important sponsorship worth close to E50 000 from USA Distillers, a plantation located in Big Bend yesterday afternoon.

Welcoming the sponsorship was Magagula, who said it came at the right time as their league was due to resume next weekend. He said the gesture was huge for a team in the regions and was definitely going to motivate the players and fans. He added that with this sponsorship, their players had the opportunity to play football with soccer boots provided and stay away from criminal activities, especially now that the festive spirit was taking over.  “USA Distillers has paid the registration fee to our league, sponsored us with two beautiful kits, shin guards, 16 pairs of soccer boots and gave us money to transport our players to the games,“ Magagula said while also expressing their utmost gratitude to the sponsor. There was no immediate comment from USA Distillers which is a privately held company that was founded in 1996 with the goal of providing African and European markets with beverage, food and pharmaceutical grade of incredible purity and quality.
