‘SAMBA’ LEADS IN MTN VOTING

MBABANE – Mbabane Swallows veteran player Wonder ‘Samba Jive’ Nhleko has taken the lead in the MTN Premier League player of the year supporters voting.

Nhleko, who is on 580, is ahead of Mbabane Highlanders’ Sabelo ‘Sikhali’ Ndzinisa who has 524 votes. Royal Leopard’s Junior Magagula is third with 435 votes. There are 12 days remaining before the voting exercise closes. Supporters are voting for the best player and he will be awarded outside the one to be selected by the awards committee.  There are 2 695 total votes accumulated under the supporters player of the season.

Tambankulu Callies Coach Sifiso Ntibane is leading under  the coaches category with 104 votes while Mbabane Swallows’ Musa Manyatsi is second with 70 votes. Mbabane Highlanders’ South African Coach Selaotse Mosala is second with 61 votes. In the MTN National First Division League, Themba Dladla for Nsingizini Hotspurs leads with 214 votes and second is Lucky Gamedze from Madlenya FC.

Mbabane Highlanders goalkeeper Khanyakwezwe Shabalala leads the goalkeepers with 370 votes, with Manzini Wanderers’ Bongiswa Dlamini second with 155 votes. Royal leopard’s Ncamiso ‘Mbhonyo’ Dlamini is third with 64 votes. Meanwhile, MTN Eswatini also released the winners of the one  gigabyte (GB) who are Samukelisiwe Simelane, Nkosinathi Gamedze, Julias Ndlangamandla and Mukelwa Sigudla. Nokuthula Mlangeni was the winner of the E500. A supporter can vote by dialling *7768# and follow in the prompt menu. SMS cost E2. The deadline for voting is July 26. The most voting supporter will walk away with E500 and other with One GB.
