MBABANE – A golfer who nails a Hole In One on the par greens is guaranteed to dash away with a E2 500 cash prize.

This incentive was announced by Previc Golf Challenge sponsor Victor Masilela ahead of the third edition of monthly golf experience billed for the nine-hole Mananga Golf Course. The tournament draw will be done by the end of business today and the bomb start is at 10am tomorrow. The sponsor injected E85 000 towards this decorated tournament, where top scorers will share about E18 000 worth of prizes every month, ranging from golf equipment as well as home and electric appliances.

Catch

“The Previc Golf Challenge is played every third weekend of the month and is open to all golfers. We have E2 500 catch for a hole in one on the par greens. It’s a challenge that adds to the thrill of the tournament and Previc Investment is happy to present this unique experience not only to Mananga Golf Club members but golfers from within and beyond our borders,” Masilela said.

He said hitting a hole in one required precision and golfers who were accustomed to playing on that specific golf course normally stood better chances of winning this incentive.
Golfers were urged to bring their A game and brace themselves for a fun-filled golf day summed up by a scrumptious dinner, courtesy of the sponsor. Previous participants were requested to paint the course red by wearing their Previc-branded golf t-shirts. The challenge is on for title defender Zenzie Hadebe who dethroned inaugural winner Zweli Dlamini as the tournament hosts at least 35 golfers monthly. Golfers who wish to join the tournament tomorrow can contact Mananga Golf Club Captain Wandile Simelane and make reservations before the end of business today.

“The competition will run for the next 12 months and beyond, hopefully. We as Mananga Golf Club are grateful for such a kind gesture and we wish the sponsor all the best in his business endeavours,” Simelane said.
