NFD TOP GOALSCORER JOINS NSINGIZINI

MBABANE – MTN National First Division side Nsingizini Hotspurs have announced the signing of Melusi Tfwala.

The player, who is the current top goalscorer in the second-tier of local football, has signed a three and a half year contract with the Shiselweni-based side. Tfwala has nine goals and six assists under his belt so far in the season. ‘Izinyoni Zezulu’ Communication and Marketing Director Mphikeleli Dlamini confirmed that the red hot striker had signed on the dotted line yesterday at the team’s offices. Dlamini said they were happy to have Tfwala in their nest as he would give them options in the striking force.

“It’s exciting to have different options when you want to select strikers for a match. He is going to give that added option, especially since ‘Masoso’ is out injured,” he said.
Tfwala is the second player to be signed by the MTN National First Division, first round ‘Champions’ after signing Umbelebele’s Sikhumbuzo Dlamini. The two players will play a vital role in the absence of Sambulo ‘Masoso’ Simelane who suffered head and chest injuries, during their encounter against Seven Dream. The Shiselweni-base side lost that game 1-0, which was the first match of the second round and they drew the next game 1-1 against bottom of the log Rail United.
