MBABANE – Former Royal Leopard winger Bonginkhosi ‘Manyovu’ Dlamini will make his debut for Angolan side Sagrada Esperance on Saturday.

The Angolan side will face CD Lunda-Sul at the Girabola Stadium at 4:30pm. Dlamini, who was unveiled on Friday, watched from the terraces as the Angolan side played to a goalless draw with De Agosto on Saturday. He has been handed jersey number 33 at the Dundo-based Angolan side which currently occupy the second spot in the premier division log standings.

The player’s agent, Dingani Maduma confirmed that the Sihlangu left winger will play his first game on Saturday. “Please allow me to express my gratitude to the entire Royal Leopard family, friends and officers for the extra time and effort they put in the Sagrada deal for ‘Manyovu’. It’s complete now and the time has come for the player to deliver as expected. He will play his first game on Saturday,” Maduma said. The E1 million-worth deal will see the left flying winger earn about E35 000 per month rising to E40 000 in the second year of his two-year contract. He also becomes the third player after Felix Badenhorst and Mxolisi ‘Xavi’ Mkhontfo to sign a contract with a top foreign team after the duo plied their trade with Democratic Republic of Congo’s AS Vita in the 2016-2017 season.
