LOBAMBA – Esibayeni Lodge has been lauded for its continued support toward the PLE Under-17 League.

The Eswatini Football Association (EFA) CEO, Frederick Mngomezulu, noted the role played by the lodge in developing football in the country.
“Esibayeni Lodge has been supporting the Under-17 League for the past three seasons. We appreciate what the lodge has been doing over the years.

The Under-17 League produces players, which can be a feeder to the Under-20 and Premier League. Some of these players will play for the national team,” Mngomezulu said. Meanwhile, Premier League of Eswatini Development PRO Dumsani ‘DU’ Sibandze also shared similar sentiments.

“We want to thank the sponsor, EFA, parents and teams who ensured that the league was a success. The league has been very competitive this season and we wish to congratulate the champions, Green Mamba for the achievement,”

Esibayeni Lodge Managing Director Desmond Oswin said he was giving back to the community.
“Well for me honestly, its about being fortunate and being willing to share with others. I am a believer in giving,” he said.
Green Mamba were yesterday crowned champions of the Esibayeni Lodge Under-17 League at Somhlolo National Stadium. They hammered Manzini Wanderers 5-1 to clinch the league title with 33 points.
