FIRST FINANCE E10 000 EPILEPSY GOLF TOURNEY

MBABANNE – The Lidwala Epilepsy Yellow Golf Tournament yesterday received a boost of E10 000 boost from First Finance Company.


Announcing the good news was the company’s General Manager, Thulani Dlamini, during a press conference. It was held at the financial institution’s premises yesterday afternoon.


“As a company, we are cognizant of the needs of the communities we live in. We know Eswatini Epilepsy Organisation was launched in 2003. since then it has been working with communities, having a big impact, hence the we felt we have to support such a noble cause,” Dlamini said in his opening remarks.
He further said they were touched as a company as many lives had been lost through the condition.

“We are delighted to support EEO activities with a donation amounting to E10 000.We believe as First Finance we have a duty  to plough back to the community, and there is no better way than to partner with EEO,”he said.
Patron of the EEO Prince Bandzile thanked the financial institution for lending a helping hand to the organisation.


“We want to thank to First Finance for the continued support. It is pleasing that almost every year, they support us. This is the fourth time they have given out a helping hand to the organisation. This will go a long way in carrying out the tasks of the organisation,” the Prince said.
He further thanked His Majesty for successfully launching Malaria Trust Fund. The Prince said they were happy with the support shown by companies and organisations.


Also present during the launch was Eswatini Epilepsy Organisation National Director Mbusomuni Mahlalela, staff from the organisation and First Finance employees.
Annually, the EEO hosts a golf tournament. This year the tournament will be held at Mananga Golf Course on July 27.
