MANZINI – The EswatiniBank Cup trophy parade and roadshow brought Manzini and Matsapha to a standstill yesterday.

The trophy, which will be given to the E1.1 million first prize winner, was paraded in these two towns by Miss Eswatini Nosipho Dlamini accompanied by teams’ PROs, players, EswatiniBank staff and the police band among, others.
The trophy was paraded for the first time ahead of the mouth-watering quarter-finals billed for today and tomorrow at Somhlolo National Stadium. The festivities started in Manzini, with the next stop in Matsapha. The roadshow was held at Mashayitafula (Matsapha).

During the roadshow fans and those who attended were able to win items including T-shirts, Vuvuzela’s, and caps. EswatiniBank PRO Phesheya Vilakati said they were impressed with the turnout and they were hopeful that people will come in numbers at the stadium to watch the quarter-finalists.

“We encourage people to visit the bank and register for the prepaid card and stand a chance of winning big. During the games, supporters will be given the chance of registering for the card and it’s E50 when you have an account at EswatiniBank and E100 if not.  A team with the highest fans to register for the card will take home E20 000,” he said.
Entertaining the people was Trendsetter, who danced for the crowd. He had the crowd eating out of the palm of his hand with scintillating dance moves.
