Speaking before the start of the presentation, SBS Managing Director Timothy Nhleko said partnering with the Mbabane Golf Club was a way of giving back to the community.

“It’s not only about giving back but strengthening our brand in the society. We also advocate for a healthy lifestyle so investing in sport is the right thing to do. You get fit and healthy when you are involved in sporting activities,” Nhleko said.
Veteran golfer Evart Madlopha, who spoke on behalf of the golfers, thanked the SBS for the kind gesture and urged golfers to support the sponsor.
The annual tournament was sponsored to a tune of E25 000 by the Swaziland Building Society.
