A RELEGATION WAR!

MBABANE – Either side needs the maximum three points desperately tonight with 10 games to go before the MTN Premier League curtain falls.

Citizens, who had been for a long time cheating the basement with Matsapha United the ones occupying it longest, are currently there on 11 points, two below Matsapha, who managed to stun Manzini Sundowns with a 3-0 bashing and a draw against log leaders Green Mamba.

Citizens’ rivals tonight are placed two places above them on 16 points. Things have not been happening for the elite rookies led by former Mbabane Highlanders’ Director Bheki ‘Rubber’ Simelane despite playing some good football.

This time they need to foster results by hook or crook or their premier league journey could soon end. They had been lacking at goal despite creating the opportunities but coming from the January window, news is that they have done something and expect to turn the corner.
