IT’S NORMAL FOR TEAMS TO LOSE – ‘TT’

MANZINI – Mbabane Swallows captain Tony ‘TT’ Tsabedze says it a normal thing for all teams to lose.

‘TT’ was making reference to their last MTN League encounter where they suffered a 1 – 0 loss to Vovovo FC at Somhlolo Ntational Stadium last Saturday.
“We knew that one day it will come to this and it is now water under the bridge for us,” said the skipper.

He urged the team supporters to come and watch their match against Moneni Pirates tonight at the Mavuso Sports Centre.
He said Swallows was a big team and highlighted that any team can lose a match.

Pirates’ captain Menzi Simelane said the team spirit was high and their behavior showed enthusiasm and willingness to win.
The strong defender said playing with Swallows was a motivation as it was a big team that has conquered African giants.

“We urge supporters to come in their numbers at the stadium and shy away from violence despite the end results,” said the captain.
Pirates’ coach Terisayi Changara said the team prepared well for the game and 90 minutes will determine the outcome of the game.
“We started the league well,  as we won two games, drew two and lost one,” he said.

He added that the team was constantly improving and with time, they will do well.
