DW WEALTH’S E4 000 FOR CHESS TOURNAMENT

MBABANE – It will be a battle of the smartest minds when chess pundits battle it out in a one-day chess tournament.

The tournament which will be staged at Mbabane Omni Centre on Saturday will see champions walking away with E1 500.
The tournament which is dubbed as the ‘Future Grandmasters’, has been sponsored by DW Wealth Consultants. Other supporting sponsors are the Omni Centre, who offered the venue as a contribution and The Galaxy Media donated chairs and tables. Swaziland National Chess Federation (SNCF) tournament director Lunga Mavuso invited players to be part of the tournament.

“Chess players are invited to participate in the one-day tournament titled Future Grand Masters on Saturday at the Omni Centre. The tournament starts at 8am and it is expected to finish at 4:30pm,” Mavuso said. He further said participants would pay E20 to register.
“The deadline is tomorrow (today) and late entry is E30,” he said.
