KALANGA – A widowed woman, who found comfort in Mbabane Swallows F.C after the death of her husband, finally had the microphone in her hands despite the tight schedule at the team’s director’s funeral.

The elderly woman, who identified herself as Sibulewe Mamba, sat right next to the programme director after she was overtaken by several speakers.
Mamba, who seemed known to the team, had the microphone in her hands after her fellow teammates pleaded with the programme director to at least give her two minutes during the last celebration of Gamedze’s life.

“I found comfort in Mbabane Swallows after the death of my husband. I know Victor Gamedze through his compassion as a senior fan of the team. I joined the team during the time of Talotalos Masicane,” she said.

Mamba said she was up to date about the team since she always listens to their matches on radio. The senior citizen stunned the mourners when she called Mbabane Swallows line-up without referring to any paper.
