SPORTS FRATERNITY SHOCKED BY ‘MARADONA’S DEMISE

MBABANE – A very bad beginning to the year 2018 for the country’s football and business community – the senseless killing of PLS and Swazi Mobile Chairman and Mbabane Swallows’ boss Victor ‘Maradona’ Gamedze on Sunday evening is shattering.
He was shot dead at Galp Filling Station in Ezulwini, adjacent to Corner Plaza, soon after his team had edged Manzini Wanderers 1-0 to reach the Ingwenyama Cup 2018 semis. This has left the sporting community, in particular football and his business colleagues, shell-shocked. Below are the condolences shared by some of the sports people.
