WE WERE ROBBED - WANDERERS FANS
(At Somhlolo National Stadium)
LOBAMBA – Manzini Wanderers fans were left less impressed by the officiating as their side went down 0-1 to Mbabane Swallows in Sunday’s Ingwenyama Cup quarterfinal at Somhlolo National Stadium.
Felix Badenhorst’s first half header separated the two sides, as Swallows cruised to the semifinals. The match officials led by Simanga Nhleko were put on the spotlight with two penalty appeals and a debatable ball that could be determined by goal line technology saved by Sandile ‘Nkomishi’ Ginindza.
Earlier on, Young Buffaloes edged Green Mamba 2-1, after extra-time in an entertaining encounter with fans sharing their views on the matches.
