MBABANE – Despite the country losing against Mozambique, Njabuliso Dlamini stands tall as she was the best bowler during the SCA Under-19 Girls bilateral series.

The 20-year-old got six wickets in the two days tournament played at Malkerns Country Club.
The country lost both matches. For her good performance, Dlamini took home a trophy while the Mozambicans received a trophy and gold medals.

The format played on Saturday was the 50 over but they ended up playing 3- while yesterday it was the T20.
The country was represented by 15 players.

Dlamini said she was happy with the achievement and he is going to continue to work hard and achieve more in the sport.
“Hard work and commitment did it for me. I have been working hard for the past months training but it was unfortunate that we lost overall and that can be attributed to late start of preparations,” she said.

Mozambique duo of Maria du Ceu and Palmira won the best batsman and all rounder respectively.
Swaziland Cricket Association (SCA) Office Administrator Mandla Dlamini said the Africa Cricket Association proposed for the establishment of ACA tournaments, which are played in two formats namely; T20 and 50 Overs Tournaments.

“All ACA member countries in every region shall participate in these tournaments. ACA members have been encouraged to arrange their own bilateral tournaments as best as they can.
