MBABANE – Football enthusiasts will get to admire the glittering SwaziBank Cup #Yelele trophy before the stop at Somhlolo National Stadium for the quarter-finals this weekend.

There will be a trophy parade at the country’s major cities and surrounding areas tomorrow, starting at 10am. SwaziBank PRO, Phesheya Vilakati, invited all the 32 teams’ PROs to the festivities.
“The trophy parade will start in Manzini at 10am and proceed to Matsapha (from Mathangeni to the shopping complex next to Sigodvweni Police Station) at 11:30am.

“From there, the trophy will be paraded at Mahlanya Market at 12:30pm and then in Mbabane an hour later,” said Vilakati.
Members of the public, according to Vilakati, will stand a chance to win exciting prizes during the event.

Meanwhile, all roads lead to Somhlolo National Stadium for the first quarter-finals match-ups the following day.
Young Buffaloes will continue the chase of their maiden title against unpredictable Midas City at 1:30pm. It will be a curtain-raiser for the showdown between neighbours, Matsapha United and Manzini Sundowns two hours later.
The rest of the fixtures pitting Manzini Wanderers and hoodoo side Vovovo, as well as Mbabane Highlanders and knockout ‘specialists’, Tambuti, will be played on ‘Super Sunday’ at the same venue, starting at 1:30pm.
