MBABANE – After losing out in the E300 000 MTN Premier League first round incentive to Highlanders, Royal Leopard want revenge against the black and white outfit.

The two giants meet on Sunday at Somhlolo National Stadium in what can be described as a crunch match. Leopard failed to finish top in the first round having beaten Young Buffaloes 2-1 as Highlanders won their match against Red Lions 3-1. A win for Leopard will move them two points above Highlanders who are second. Leopard PRO Frank Hurube said they had not taken any break during the holidays as they were working hard in preparations for the game.

“We failed to win against Midas City in our last match. The game against Highlanders will be a tough one. They finished the first round first and our focus is on winning the title at the end of the season and we have to start showing that on Sunday,” he said.
Hurube said they would only be without their midfielder Mxolisi ‘General’ Lukhele, who is in a plaster of Paris after dislocating his shoulder. The National team, Sihlangu player is expected to be out of action until the end of January.
