MZUTHINI ALLOCATES LAND FOR TENNIS COURTS

MATSAPHA – His Majesty’s Correctional Services Commissioner Mzuthini Ntshangase has continued to prove his love for sport and dedication to the development of all sporting codes.
The organisation already has given to soccer, aerobics, athletics, volleyball and netball, and now it has extended a hand to assist in tennis.
Yesterday, Ntshangase hosted Minister of Sport, Culture and Youth Affairs, David ‘Cruiser’ Ngcamphalala at the HMCS College, where he was to show him three pieces of land which he had selected as possible sites for construction of tennis courts.
Ntshangase said they were on the verge of reviving tennis and wanted to have facilities that would benefit their entire tennis fraternity in the country because he took sports seriously and wanted to see them grow.
“Sports are very important, especially for us officers because they help us to keep fit, have improved mental strength and good health. We are happy to be part of sports development in the country and I would like to also thank the minister for being with us today (yesterday).”
Ntshangase then revealed later on during the tour of the three chosen areas inside the college premises that the facilities would be open for use to the Swaziland National Tennis Association (SNTA) and provide a safe environment for the children.
Meanwhile, he said they were also planning to construct a swimming pool as they continued to grow the sporting codes offered by his organisation. The minister, along with SNTA President Martin Gamedze, then decided on the land besides the soccer field and opposite the college’s dining hall rather then that at the back of the administration offices.
