MATSAPHA – Cabinet ministers and other government officials ended their year at the Jesus Calls Worship Centre in Matsapha.

Among those who were present were Minister of Home Affairs Princess Tsandzile, Minister of Natural Resources Jabulile Mashwama, Sihle Dlamini from the Kings Office, Prince Mphiwa and MTN Chief Executive Officer Ambrose Dlamini.

The church was packed to capacity as congregants enjoyed every moment as praise hymn were sung. Dancing and chanting the name of the Lord was the order of the night.
At 8pm, the parking was already congested and all seats occupied inside the church. However, more worshippers poured in.

It was praise and worship throughout as the congregants geared up for the New Year to come. Just before 10pm, Apostle Robert Kasaro took to the podium and delivered a sermon much to the delight of the congregants as some perpered his preachings with yes Lord, praise the Lord while they raised their hands and spoke in tongues.

Before reading the Holy Book, the Apostle first blessed the congregants and prophesied prosperity amongst them as well as wishing them a good year ahead.
Kasaro read various verses from the scripture. It was a day to be remembered for some as they thanked the Almighty God for leading them thus far.

Minister of Natural Resources Jabulile said, “Even this year I will be very positive and enjoy every moment while in church. My resolutions are the same. I still hope for the best in life this year and believe God will lead me throughout the year. I will still serve the Lord and move forward in life,” said a Mashwama.
