69 NEW CASES, TOTAL AT 2 775
MBABANE – The country yesterday recorded a total of 69 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number of cases to 2 775.
This was according to a statement released by Minister of Health Lizzie Nkosi yesterday. There were 401 results that were received yesterday and from them; Manzini had 31 new cases followed by Hhohho with 25 while Lubombo had 10 and three from the Shiselweni Region. Also, 44 of the cases had mild symptoms, 19 were asymptomatic while five had a moderate disease and one was severe.
The youngest case was in the age group of zero to nine years while the oldest was another case in the 80 years and above bracket. There were no recoveries in the past three days as the total still stands at 1 214 while deaths are 43.
