MPOLONJENI – Pastor Ntfonjeni Dlamini, the man of the cloth whom Apostle Justice Dlamini made scathing accusations against when he left Worship Centre, has spoken.

Pastor Ntfonjeni said he was called to serve God from a young age and he was doing just that.
“Bless the Lord God who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings from heaven.”

This was the gist of his sermon during a church service held at the Hidden in Christ Tabernacle at Mpolonjeni Plaza in Mbabane.
Pastor Ntfonjeni believes he was called by God at a tender age to serve Him and has followed his calling to open a church, the Hidden in Christ Tabernacle.

Leaving

This is the same pastor who Apostle Justice of the Worship Centre spoke strongly against for leaving his church in a voice clip that set social media abuzz last week.

The apostle claimed that the pastor and his wife lured his congregants to their church.
In the clip, the apostle was critical of the couple’s alleged action of not bidding him farewell when they decided to establish their own church yet he claimed that he assisted them with many things. In the clip, he said if the couple did not come to apologise to him and his church regarding their actions, they would die poor.
However, the apostle’s church, Worship Centre, later apologised to the couple and all concerned regarding the voice clip, stating that the church was disturbed how internal matters made their way to social media.

During yesterday’s church service, Pastor Ntfonjeni’s sermon was centred on God’s blessings. The pastor said it was not just some or part blessings that the Lord had blessed them with but all blessings.

Impact

He said in order for people to influence, see changes and make an impact in the things that happened in their lives, they must be ready to bless. “After God had created everything through the power of His word, He then blessed it.”
According to Pastor Ntfonjeni, a person could not live outside the blessings of God because when the Lord created human kind, He also released a blessing upon them.

“I do not care who says what but I declare that you are blessed going in and coming out,” Pastor Ntfonjeni said.
Meanwhile, he said people were to function like God the Father as the Christian faith dictated, and as pastors, they had been called to bless. Pastor Ntfonjeni said it was wise, therefore, to speak the Word of God upon situations. He quoted the book of 1 Samuel 1:10 to 11 where Hannah, who was barren and in bitterness, prayed for a son after they made fun of her situation. He said in the scripture, it showed how Hannah did not just sit and fold her hands but prayed and her prayers were answered as God blessed her with a son.

“Do not fear any opposition as we are on this earth to make changes and greater is He who is on our side than the devil who is in the world.”
In an interview following the church service, Pastor Ntfonjeni said he was called to minister the Word in 2000 as a young boy while still at school.
However, he said he was only able to open a church in December 8, 2019.

Requesting not to dwell on the clip said to have been recorded by Apostle Justice, Pastor Ntfonjeni said he opened the church to fulfil God’s calling in his life.
According to Pastor Ntfonjeni, he believes that recruiting Christians from a former church is wrong and unacceptable.

He said if God called an individual, He believed that they could open a church of their own and anyone who felt the need would come and worship with them.
“It is actually up to an individual where they feel their spiritual need shall be nourished,” Pastor Ntfonjeni stated.

Apologised

In a statement that was issued last Thursday, the Worship Centre’s Operations Manager, Sipho Tsabedze, said they apologised to the members concerned for putting them in the spotlight in such a very negative and dehumanising manner.

Tsabedze also asked for forgiveness from the public for the confusion that the matter might have brought about.
He also said the members were free to engage the church leadership on the matter if need be.

He said it was unfortunate that internal matters of the church had filtered into the public domain of the social and print media.
According to Tsabedze, the policy of the church was not to discuss matters of present and departed members with members of the public because of the church’s commitment to maintain the confidentiality of members’ affairs.
“The matter involving the apostle and the members in question has been resolved by the internal structures,” said Tsabedze.
