MALKERNS - The VIP section brings the fire to the guests. This was said by the people who were found chilling at the golden lounge section.
They could not stop praising the luxury set-up and efficient service with a better view to the main stage where the likes of Mr Eazi opened the weekend-long festival with colourful performances.

For more than a decade, the MTN Bushfire Music Festival has constantly been ranked as one of the top Southern Africa festivals.
The three-day music fest brings together a diverse line-up that includes the top artists in Africa and across the world.  The festival also gives a platform to local upcoming artists.

Just like the popular music concerts in the world, MTN Bushfire is a bucket list music festival and something that should be experienced at least once in a lifetime.

Eddie Hartitye, the director of Music Africa, said he was attending for the first time and was looking forward to interview the artists who are lined up for performances.

“I was expecting to find a great ambiance and great artists and I did. The VIP section is just a cut above the rest as the service is fast and we have a better view of the main stage,” Hartitye said.

Kabubi Herman of Bayimba said the VIP section set-up blew him away.
“I feel at home here and I am hoping to bump into a few high-profile artists to talk to and book for our shows,” Herman said.

A group of women from Mbabane, who said they were attending the event for the fifth time, observed that the VIP was classy and secured. They said they loved the diverse crowd too.

“We are meeting different kinds of people here and it’s all fun. Music brought us together,” Nomhle Dlamini said.
The VIP section attracted a lively crowd that consisted of people from as far as South Africa, Germany and Uganda. Notable faces from the South African showbiz also made part of the excited crowd in the filled VIP section.

The VIP section had stalls that included the Hilton Garden Inn and Jonny Walker.
The classy set-up included white couches and comfortable tables.
