MBABANE – The stress of being a Swazi Mobile user and not be able to get airtime on credit is over.

Having gone live eight months ago, Swazi Mobile has finally relieved its customers of the stress of not being able to communicate with their friends due to not having airtime.

The mobile company has responded to the cries of its customers, by introducing the airtime credit facility, to allow customers to get airtime anytime they want and pay later.

The product, known as the Airtime Plus, was announced yesterday and would allow customers to ‘borrow’ up to E100 airtime.
To qualify, a customer must have been active on the Swazi Mobile network for a period of three months or longer.

Furthermore, the customer must have a minimum cumulative re-charge of E30 per month for at least three months in a row.
Corporate Communications Manager Nosipho Shongwe confirmed the new product, saying it was one of their ways of allowing their customers to be stress-free.

To qualify, customers need to dial *234 to check if they qualified for the service.
“This service will be available to Swazi Mobile customers starting tomorrow (today). After dialling the given code, a customer will then be expected to select the required amount,” said Shongwe.

According to Shongwe, the company decided to make the service available in order to enhance service delivery.
“We can all remember that Swazi Mobile was launched eight months ago and, in its efforts to provide the best services to its clients, has added several innovative products to enhance customer experience on our network.
