MBABANE – A third suspect has been arrested in connection with the kidnapping case of Matsapha businessman Almor Oliveira.
The third suspect joins the two who were arrested over the weekend.

The last suspect is also believed to be the wife of accused number one, Qing Ming He, who is a Chinese national.
Qing (44) was arrested together with a Vietnamese woman aged 34.

This third female suspect will be conjoined with the two others who appeared yesterday before Principal Magistrate Fikile Nhlabatsi.
When Qing was arrested, he was found at Dao Thanta Hue’s home (the Vietnamese woman) in Ezulwini, since they are believed to be in a relationship. Qing and Dao were arrested on Friday by the police in Ezulwini and they were charged with kidnapping and possession of two firearms and live rounds of ammunition.

The suspects who appeared before court yesterday are facing five counts of criminal charges.
Senior Crown Counsel Macebo Nxumalo applied that the accused Qing and Dao, be remanded in police custody as investigations were still ongoing.

Principal Magistrate Nhlabatsi remanded the accused in police custody until May 8 when they will be brought to court.
While in court, Qing, who is also a businessman, said Swazi courts were a joke.

Qing stated in his hardly audible English that everything was a joke since the police were in control of everything.
He stated this after Nhlanhla Nkambule was presented before court as a Chinese interpreter.
Qing pointed out to the court that he did not trust anything that was being interpreted to the court by Nkambule, since he was a police officer.
