NKOYOYO – The only thing Redemption Story wants is to win souls through their voices, each time they sing.

Since October last year, the public has been patiently waiting for Redemption Story to release their latest album, after a successful recording, which saw the Royal Swazi Spa Convention Centre recording a full house.
On Friday, the choir unveiled its latest CD, which happens to be a double disc.

Unveiling it to the public was Her Royal Highness Inkhosikati Lambikiza who is the choir’s founder and patron.
Redemption Story is a Gospel choir that was formed in 2002 by Inkhosikati LaMbikiza.

The choir has in the past released three albums namely Redemption Mass Choir (Live Recording), Redemption Story 2 and Redemption Story 3. Speaking at the Nkoyoyo Royal Residence, she said she was humbled to be the one unveiling the CD to the public.

“The Lord saw it fit that the choir revival should occur in April 2016. The enthusiasm displayed by the saints of the most-high God was overwhelming. From the band, singers and producers, the future appeared to be bright,” she said.  She noted that the album was currently the best in the country, especially because the recording, mixing and mastering of the whole album was done professionally.
She said the choir’s mandate was to minister the good news, the word of God through music with the intent to draw people closer to Jesus as music heals, comforts and teaches.
“The road has not been easy but we thank God,who has led us up until this far.

Had it not been for him, we would have not achieved what we are unveiling today,” she said.
Inkhosikati LaMbikiza noted that that the choir the album exhibits a diverse assortment and rendition of passionate harmony.
