MALKERNS – Africa’s award-winning soul music singer Oliver Mtukudzi is expected to ‘add fuel to the fire’ today.

Today is the last day of the festival that started on Friday.
Mtukudzi is expected to perform at exactly 2:40pm and his performance is expected to last for an hour and a half.

Also on today’s line-up is none other than local artist Fanaza, who is expected to be the first act this morning. Other artists that are expected to usher fun lovers to the end of the festival include Jesse Clegg and Rudimentals from South Africa together with Songhoy Blues. The festival comes to an end today.

Meanwhile, organisers of the MTN Bushfire Festival have been praised for making it easy for their guests to gain access into the lawn.
Security officers who had been deployed at the entrance gave all the guests proper directions, making it easy for the guests to gain access to the venue. At the entrance, bags were searched as fun lovers were not allowed to bring bottles and weapons into the arena.

Most of the guests, especially the tourists, praised the organisers for making sure that safety was paramount throughout the festival.
Most tourists were expected to leave the country this morning, after spending the whole weekend in Malkerns and surrounding areas like Lobamba, Ezulwini and Mahlanya.
