16 HEAD TEACHERS’ JOBS GALORE

MBABANE – Jobs are up for grabs for Swazi nationals interested in taking positions of head teachers in most parts of the country.

Notably, are the posts at Mdzimba High and Somnjalose High schools. These vacancies will be available with effect from early next year.
According to a statement given to this publication, qualified personnel fit to assume the positions of head teacher should file their applications with the nearest Regional Education Office (REO) before close of business today.

“Interested teachers should submit their written applications accompanied by a curriculum vitae and academic certificates, which have been certified. The applicants must choose only one school with the specification of which school the applicant wants to be considered for,” reads the statement in part.

Manzini has the highest number of primary school vacancies for head teachers.
 It has five available positions for primary head teachers. Among the schools are Lomveshe Primary, Ntfungula Primary, Evusweni Primary, Endzeleni Primary and Mbesamandla Primary. The Hhohho region follows with three available positions.
Mangedla Central, Emkhuzweni and Entsanjeni Primary make the list of primary schools that need head teachers. The Lubombo and Shiselweni regions are tied as they each have two vacant positions. In the Lubombo region, there is Siphoso Primary and Ntuthwakazi Primary. The Shiselweni region has two vacancies at Masiphula Primary and Mgampondo Primary.
The Hhohho region leads the pack with two vacancies for high school head teachers.

The candidates interested in assuming the position of head teachers at Somnjalose High and Mdzimba High should have been deputy head teachers, who have held the position for at least three years and above.
