MATSAPHA – Making people eat grass has been described as ungodly by visiting General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye of Nigeria.

He is said to be one of the richest pastors in the world. Recently, Prophet Nkosingiphile Dlamini of the Bread of Life Ministries Church made headlines for making congregants eat grass.

He later made them drink petrol.
Asked specifically about such acts, Pastor Adeboye said anything that was not in the Bible was not of God.

Awards

Pastor Adeboye, who has been conferred with several honorary degrees and national merit awards in appreciation of his contributions to humanity, said the Bible warned  thousands of years ago that at the end times, there would be all kinds of false prophets.

“To ask anyone to drink fuel is definitely not from God. To ask anyone to eat grass – anyone who has read the Bible will know that the only person God said should eat grass was Nebuchadnezzar – it was a punishment,” Pastor Adeboye said. Even though he did not read the verse, this is found in the book of Daniel 4:25.

Part of the verse reads: “You will be driven away from people and will live with the wild animals; you will eat grass like the ox and be drenched with the dew of heaven. Seven times will pass by for you until you acknowledge that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes.”

Asked about his prophecy regarding the kingdom, Pastor Adeboye said his visit marked a new beginning for the country, adding that things would get better. He did not elaborate.

About his visit, Pastor Adeboye said they were here to pray for the land and hold a miracle rally.
During the rally, the pastor, who arrived in a private jet, said he believed that people would accept Jesus as their saviour.

I here to say to everyone that Prophet Nkos'ngiphile Dlamini is a Man of God
and no doubt about that. The way He stood for the test of times
and all rejection for the sake of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ
its really humbling my spirit. We really Thank God so much to give
us a gift like Prophet Nkos'ngiphile Dlamini in our Genereation. He is a man who hears from God. The more people speak against him the more He grow
much stronger. I really thank God for allowing me to live in this
Generation that is given a Genuine Prophet like this (Nkos'ngiphile Dlamini).
May the Lord keep him longer we still need to learn more from
Him
