OUR GOVERNMENT OWES US MORE THAN THIS

Sir,

I am so dissatisfied by the work of our government.
The whole nation is sinking in abject poverty, our roads are in a disgraceful state, our sons and daughters are without tertiary qualifications while Cabinet ministers are enjoying every day of their tenure.

Anytime from today I expect that we will see them cruising in expensive BMWs.
As if that’s not enough, they will still get car allowances. This is simply not fair.

This government just does not have the country or her citizens at their hearts. To them it’s all about enriching their families. Some of them have completely forgotten who voted them into Parliament. Come 2018, some of them will return cap in hand to the constituencies begging for another term.

The issue of scholarships is just a painful one. Government has come out with priority courses.
My question is what happens to those who do not have an interest in pursuing careers in the courses which have been made a priority? It is not possible that all students can be good in Maths and Sciences.
All Swazis deserve equal opportunities even those who didn’t do Sciences.

Umtukulu wa Mphandlana,
Mbikwakhe
