‘WELCOME HEREFORDS HIGH SCHOOL HEAD TEACHER WELCOME’

Sir,

I would like to welcome the new head teacher of Herefords High, Mrs C Maphanga. You are most welcome madam.

We hope you will steer the Herefords ship in the right direction and to greater heights. You are inheriting a school, which is well known for all sorts of shenanigans, which have been widely reported in the media. We hope that your arrival will cleanse the school of all elements of bad publicity.

We know that you are not an angel but please do your utmost best to change the image of the school. As you execute your duties you need the full support of all the stakeholders especially that of the teachers.
If I had my way any teacher who has, or will in future, conduct themselves unprofessionally would be transferred because of the ‘cloud’ that is hanging over them.

So madam please deal with the characters you will encounter in your new position without fear or favour.
We wish you all the best in your new task.
 Even if the results don’t improve this year, don’t despair. We know that it will take some time to undo a pre-existing legacy. Involve the ministry to uproot the rot for the safety of the innocent children.
